Bioglitter® can be used in exactly the same way as non biodegradable cosmetic glitter. It looks and feels exactly the same, the only difference is that Bioglitter® is made from plants and non biodegradable is made from plastic.
Use responsibly with any of the glitter gels and adhesives that we stock here at Paintopia such as - Stardust Binding Gel, Glitter Lips Gloss Bond or Glitter Bodyart Adhesive
Paintopia recommends that fine cut cosmetic glitters are safe to use when lightly puffed on to the top of facepaints on children aged 3 and above.
Any other grades of glitter (standard, chunky, super chunky etc.) are not recommended for use on children under the age of 7 and even then we do not recommend you use it in close proximity to their eyes despite it being an approved cosmetic product. Please use common sense and extra care when applying glitter to all ages, especially chunky grades.
