Refund / Returns Policy

We hope that you will enjoy your items however in the rare case that they do not meet your expectations please contact us by email to: detailing the fault or problem with your product within 7 days of receiving your item. If possible please add photographs of the fault/problem so that we can deal with your enquiry quickly and promptly.

If required we will then issue you with return information and/or offer you a refund or replacement.

If you wish to return your item we must receive it within a 14 day period from when you received it.
Items must be returned in the condition in which you received them and in their original packaging.
Return postage costs are not reimbursed by us but where a replacement product is required it will be sent to you free of postage costs.
